Marquee and ticket question for guys

Hey everyone, me and two other friends are going to Vegas staying at the cosmopolitan for EDC Weekend 6/7-11, we all want to attend Benny Bennasi at Marquee that Thursday and saw you can buy tickets online through marquee and flavor.us, my question is if we show up early like right at opening or before with tickets will we have a problem getting in since we're a group of three guys?

You won't have any problem if you get there before 11pm. You could actually show up after that to be honest.

Put it this way, I went there once last MDW, once some random July weekend, and twice Labor Day Weekend. The ticket line never took more than 5 minutes before entering the stairwell and my arrival ranged from 10:15-11:20. Those were major weekends as well...So yes, it's exaggerated in here.

I noticed in the tickets sale section it states an even ratio required.
So, were saying that's not as big a deal early on in the night?

No it's not.

I personally work the door off and on and stand in those lines doing wristbands every Monday. Hotel guests (even all guy groups) have never had a problem getting in and there's no line. Same thing goes for ticket holders. Just make sure you showup within dress code.

I've gotten away with Nike SBs and a Tshirt with a Mic on it at Marquee but that was an off night and we got in super late like 2am and wasnt expecting to get in. LOL.

Personally, I wouldnt chance it. Doorguy isnt going to care how much you spent on those. All he sees is white sole, not dress shoes. SEE YA. Spend a few grand on tables, I'm sure they'll turn their cheeks on what youre wearing.

Hate to sound like a douche but this question has been asked dozens of times here. Yes, those tickets work. Just dont go there late like after midnight or you may wait because theyre at capacity.

It'd be bad business if Marquee didn't allow people in with those presales. As long as you're not trying to go in with 8+ dudes, you should be fine.

TBH, the clubs are real similar to EDC concerts now. Just look at what Tryst did to their new DJ booth for MDW

I am doing the same thing the same night as you. 4 guys, all presale tickets to Marquee to see Benny Benassi. Everyone on the forum was helpful and gave me confidence that if we are there early and split into groups of 2 it wouldn't be an issue. Also like you, I prefer to wear black sneakers to the club then dress shoes, but at the end of the day I'm just not going to risk it, why chance it? you know

How late on the calendar do you think these tickets will still be available? Any chance this would still be available day before?

Im thinking of doing same with my group, just not sure how many to buy at this point.

What about chucks? Ive asked a few times and everyone has said white chucks are okay (incl VIP hosts at XS tryst and marquee)

Personally Ive seen people walk in with chucks, regular converse (gotta be clean/new looking) and creative recreations (black with white sole) and never had a problem, but that was with bottle service.

With g/a I'd suspect it would work as long as you dress it right then the security won't really care. But if it sticks out like a sore thumb, then you might be better off doing dress shoes to be on the safe side. I've worn my creative recs (black w/ white soles) through the ticket line and I've never had a problem with it if that helps.

I don't think it'll be too much of a problem since you're staying at Cosmo too, you could always just go upstairs and change out your shoes. If you are willing to try it though, just make sure they look new and clean.
