Bottle service at Surrender

It's my first time doing BS and I was wondering what would be a great location for a table service for 5 guys at Surrender this Saturday May 26? and how much do you think it will cost to tip the host for that table?

Second thing, should I just contact the host and tell him How much I'll tip? or leave it till I get there?

budget is around $2500-$3000 including tips.

I'm open to any other suggestions for Sat or Sun nights.

contact a hosts and see what your table minimum is, guessing with 5 in your party you'll need at least 2 bottles. They say avg, tip bout $100 a bottle. I'd say with tipping everyone and tax should run about $1500-17000 For the night.
