Will-Call Ticket Collection?

Purchased tickets for MDW with the majority being will-call tickets each having different instructions such as 30 mins before the show starts, after the doors have opened and available from noon.

Is will-call collecting the tickets and then getting in a ticket line for entrance or is it part of entrance?

Instructions such as collect 30 minutes before the show, if we miss this does the will-call window close? It's more of a concern for the dayclubs/pool-parties if we have a heavy night before we might to manage to get up and get our tickets at 09:30am!

Will-call means you take a printout of your confirmation email and/or your confirmation number to the Box Office or "Will-Call" and pickup the physical tickets for the event. Generally you can do this as early as 2 days prior to the event up until the first hour or so during the event.

It's always best to call whatever number you're given to find out the hours and location of the specific Box Office you need to go to.

If purchased via phone, then bring your ID and the credit card used for the purchase.
