Need Advice for Memorial Day Weekend (day/night)

Going to Vegas with 5 other guys and need help planning out our trip. I've been looking through the info on the forums but feel like it will be different since its a holiday weekend. We also need to get tickets to the events before hand so we want to make sure we aren't wasting out money.

We're staying at the MGM.

Our initial plans are

Thursday Night: Alesso is playing at Tryst ($30) tickets

Friday Day: Wet Republic (not sure though, open to suggestions)
Friday Night: Friends want to hit up the Palms

Saturday Day: Unsure on which pool to go to. We have to get tickets so we want to make sure we pick the best one. I was thinking Wet republic, Rehab
Saturday Night: Play it by ear. A lot of venues have Events that night thoug. So again im assuming we need to buy tickets to get in somewhere.

Any help would be awesome.

For Saturday, I'd go to EBC or MDC during the day. Check the websites for any DJ's you may want to see and grab your tickets now. The prices for pre-sale tickets will go up.

just an fyi, tickets for mdw events will sell out.. fast. sooo your plan of playing it by ear saturday night and just picking a spot and buying tickets wont work. plan it out now, buy your tickets now.

I got my presale ticket for deadmau5 at XS a month ago for $75. It's now $200 for guys

You will need tickets ASAP for the majority of the weekend at any place good. Don't bother doing Wet Republic twice. And for a group of guys without a table you won't even be given the option of waiting in General Admission without a ticket. I don't even want to think of how crazy the doors are gonna be and how massive the lines will be.

It's the busiest Saturday of the year, and Saturday's are crazy enough on normal weekends.

I did a nightclub crawl for the MDW Saturday.. for that reason.. I don't have to worry about any of that... I'm not concered where I end up, as long as I end up somewhere with music, and alcohol!

small groups of girls/couples are a lot more welcomed that groups of guys. So its a little easier in that regard.
