  • Too early to plan for June 29-30?

We've got 8 guys targeting either June 29 or 30 for a bachelor party in vegas. Is it too early to contact hosts for bottle/table reservations?

Also, I've been reading about the different tiers of vegas clubs. However, I can't seem to find what kind of music each club caters to. We're looking at mainly Top40 with a wide range of music playing - basically anything that doesn't play JUST techno all night. Any suggestions?

Never too early to start planning...but it is a bit early to contact hosts. Just ask questionz here until youve got shit narrowed down a bit. Music dependd a bit on night of the week. Most all the tier 1s are going to be fairly heavy into EDM. But a couple like Tao and Marquee have seperate rooms with different music. Most others besides XS should have a pretty good mix depending on the night and whos spinning. Throw out some ideas, budget, thoughts or whatever and the forum will help you out so you sound like a seasoned vet when you do contact a host.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

We're budgeting 250-300 per person for the night which should include entrance, 2-3 bottles, taxes, and tips. Hopefully, that lands us a decent spot in whichever club we decide on.

Why do you say besides XS? Are they heavy into EDM most of the time? A couple guys in my group really want to go to XS but if it's all EDM all night, I'd have to convince them otherwise.

XS and marquee don't know what HipHop is.

(one exception is when Lil Jon is at XS or DLux is at marquee)

        Open format clubs worth mentioning:
        Tryst, Pure, Tao, Hyde, Bank.

shoot for a 3 bottle minimum at any of these clubs and you will get an OK spot.

You're looking at roughly $2000 after tax and waitress tip for 3 bottles.

XS will be hard on your budget too...bottles there are more expensive than the others Anthony recommended. 3 bottles for 8 guys is pretty much the minimum to get a table so if you want an average/good table location plan on a $350-400 host tip. That tip with a good host like Chris Traer at Tao or our friend Anthony here will definitely get you more bang for your buck. If it were me on your budget I'd do Tao, Hyde, or Tryst, or maybe Haze depending on whos spinning.
