Should I get a private host? 3 Nights of BS

I will be going to Vegas for with a group of 4 guys including myself. We are all in our mid 20's and have not been before. I We are going Wed June 20th- Monday early AM June 25th.

I would like to do three nights of bottle service and was hoping to get the best deal possible (like everyone else)..

I contacted a few hosts from the clubs to try and get some b1g1 or b2g1 deals only to be shot down right away...The only place that sounded like they would make it happen was LAX...

My questions are...1.What would be the best clubs we could work something out? I realize we are 4 guys so that is a huge strike right off the bat...We wouldn't mid two decent clubs for the first two nights but we would like to go all out Saturday (Marquee hopefully).

2. Would a private host be able to get me some good deals since it would be a three night package ?

Any advice would be great...We are hoping to keep the first two nights around 1500 but could spend 2500 on Saturday.

PURE is the only place I've seen recently that people have reported getting a B1G1. Otherwise Tryst has an industry special on Thursday nights that is buy a bottle of Goose get a bottle of Moet. If I were doing 3 nights I'd keep all of my venues in the same family and use the same host for all. For example, Tao one night, Marquee another, and Lavo another. I'd book all three through Chris Traer and try to work a deal. Even if you don't get B1G1 deals you will be very well taken care of and probably get a no min daybed or something at Tao beach during the days, some free rounds, etc. I think someone like Anthony Connely at Hyde who used to work over at XS has good connections also and may be able to work something out for you. I'd still pick a host that works directly for a venue and just ask them to help you out for the other nights. You'll pay less than you would using vipnite.com or a similar service.

Agreed. I personally like the idea of using 1 host for whatever my plans might be. I have used hosts that do not work for the same family of clubs and has worked well, but I understand your point on that.

I'm just guessing that keeping in the "family" would give you the best shot at scoring a B1G1 somewhere. Really just a guess though, may not matter at all. I'm sure one of the vets has done this before.

I wouldn't bother using a private host. It's not too much work to contact a host. Just be upfront with your needs and budget & don't be afraid to ask questions (be polite in doing so).

As said here, as an example, Anthony used to be at Gallery and then Tryst, so he would likely know people there. Many hosts I've met have worked in different places, sometimes same management group, sometimes not.

People on this forum have asked hosts about connections at other clubs. I would try to develop a relationship with that host before trying that.

Is your $1500/$2500 what you plan on your "minimum" being or is that your TOTAL budget for the night?

I like the idea of using a host that has connections at a "family" of clubs...That would be easy and would seem to have good success..

As far as the budget goes...I was hoping the 1500/2500 would be our max for bottles and waitress tip...If a host set up our three nights that would obviously not be included...Also tips for inside the club would be extra.

I hope we are able to get some B1G1 or B2G1 as my group of 4 can seriously drink! haha

With $1500 (all in) budget, that's $1150 to spend. That's a good amount for 4 guys. With the proper tip (say $300-400) you could get a good table at Tao on Thursday or do Tryst Goose/Moet and do 2 bottles of Goose, 2 bottles Moet, and have some bar spend left over for shots.

Friday is going to be tougher on $1500. Maybe hit up Anthony at Hyde and see what he can make that work for Friday night. My cell phone is dead so I can't look up his number...little help anyone.

Saturday at Marquee with $2500 (all in) puts you at around $1700 spend. I'm not real familiar with Marquee but from what I've seen I think that's going to be patio, boom box, or library. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

So yeah...those spends that'd be my lineup:

Thursday: Tryst if you can get the goose/moet deal
Tao if no deal at Tryst
Friday: Hyde
Saturday: Marquee patio

As always, Chuck's right on the money lol. That'll get you patio usually (maybe main room on a slower then usual Saturday). For crazy nights like Kaskade/Avicii, you're most likely looking at Library/BoomBox for that amount.
