  • Help! Bachelorette Party Planning

    Hi all,

I am in the process of trying to arrange my friends bachelorette party in Las Vegas and was wondering if anybody can help as I live in the UK and unfortunately have very little understanding of the whole club scene in Vegas.

Basically myself and at least 8 other girls will be visiting in September of this year to attend our friends wedding (at the bellagio) and we are staying at The Cosmopolitan. We are going to incorporate the wedding with the bachelorette party to be held of Wednesday 19 September.

The night will definitely have to involve drinking and dancing so any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!
    Caroline

Please help narrow down things a bit by providing an approx. budget and taste in music.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

      Chuck,

      Thanks for the quick reply!

We would be looking for top 40/R&B/Hip Hop even some old classics as the age range is from 21 - 36.

Budget wise is really nothing too expensive but I think the girls would be happy with a typical night out. We tend to spend in England around £50 to £100 on a night out so in dollars i'm guessing that would be around $70 - $150 per person.

      Thanks
      Caroline

Ok...so 9 ladies, $1000, Wednesday night top40/R&B/Hip Hop...bottle service at Lavo or Surrender perhaps. Does dinner or anything else need to be included in that $1000 or is that just party money?

I think you should throw in some limo time if you can. I did on my last trip before the club and it really did add something special to the night.

Does anyone know if a host at Lavo or Surrender would do a $600 minimum for a bacholerette party? If you could get that done then you could work in some limo time before hand....

            1 hour Super Stretch = $85
            Limo Tax = $7
            Limo Tip = $20
            Limo Booze = $25
            Total Limo = $137

            Table Min = $600
            Tax = $50
            Server tip = $120
            Runner tip = $20
Security tip = $20 (maybe not a must for ladies???)
            Host tip = $100
            Total Table = $910

            GRAND TOTAL = $1,047

Vets....any other venue suggestions or insight on the minimum for a Wed night bachette party?

o -This includes standard mixers, no line, no cover, and your own section
o -With 8.1% tax and 20% gratuity, your total is $503.35

For a guarantee table in the main room:
o $750 table minimum with a $275 house champagne credit

Go with option 2. That's a hell of a deal.

Damn! I should've told them we were having a bachette party! Option #2 all day! By the way, that cake presentation alone would've cost me $150, the DJ would've told me to f-off if I asked for a shoutout and the limo's an easy $100 or more. Oh to be a group of females in vegas...

Isn't this free.. I always thought it was.
Maybe they charge for this to avoid hundreds of girls asking for one all night.. Hahaha, girls love 'em shout outs
