Anybody ever have a host come in more expensive (much more) than a Vegas.com deal? Is Vegas.com trust worthy in this case? Host told me 450 a bottle and Vegas.com is offering 2 bottles for 7 people at 500 total this Sunday. Any help would be awesome.

$450 a bottle is pretty standard. vegas.com bottle packages are usually cheaper, but for the most part, regulars here don't risk it and prefer building relationships with hosts. Too many unknowns with getting a table via vegas.com. You have no contact person to help you out, no table preference, reservation potentially bumped in favor of the groups that went through hosts or are tipping more etc. The wristbands on there work, but I'd never get table from there.

If you don't care about building a relationship with the host, where you're seated/location or any of that stuff that comes with booking directly with one of the JC recommended hosts then it's okay to use.

I've used vegas.com bottle deals before because the budget was the most important element and the website deals were better than anything the host could offer us. I can say that it was perfect for what my crew and I were looking for and we had zero problems.

Regardless, you can always try asking the host if he can match the vegas.com offer and see what he says...

I mean I go to Vegas once every year or two so the relationship aspect isn't important to me. I just don't want to lose out on the money or have a bad night because I used an on line deal rather than booking directly.

If you do go through vegas.com (haven't used them for tables, so I can't vouch), look into the vegas.com gift cards on costco's website. Buy 5 of them and save another $100

My guess is you'll run into less issues (getting bumped, forced out of table early, etc) with Chateau since it's not quite as popular. If it was for XS on Sat night, I'd have big doubts whether it'd be without issues.

I'd try a different host. I've helped people get deals there on the weekend. No reason you shouldnt get it on a Sunday.

If u go through Vegas.com just tip the host for a better table location, text a host from this site and let them know the deal.
