Advice - taking group of 15-20 to Vegas over Memorial Weekend

I wanted to know if someone could please tell me which clubs and daytime pool parties we should be going to when we're in Vegas from 30th May - 6th June. There will be 20 of us.

We want to go out on Thurs night, Sat night, Sun or Mon night and Tues night.

Pool parties we want to go to on Thurs, Sat and Tues.

Can someone also please tell me how much of our budget I need to put aside for getting into clubs as a group and for the pool parties?

We need to know what the ratio of guys to girls is. Also, will you be doing bottle service at all?

Well you'll actually be there after MDW so that will save you quite the bit of money. Also as mentioned a ratio will be needed, and do you plan on doing bottle service at any of the places? Off the top of my head I'd say a minium of $2k for all the time you're going to be there.

Oh I didn't realise we'd be there after mdw - that's good news! There will probably be a few more girls than guys in our group and I'm just looking for someone to walk us in all together with no problems. We don't want bottle service every night - maybe just the first and last nights.

I'd say wait until the DJ lineups are finalized before locking in the club you choose, and figure out who you wanna see and what venues you'll enjoy.

Mon 4th June - XS
Tues 5th June - LAVO

We're paying entry for Marquee and XS ($50 girls and $70 guys) but our host is putting us on his list for Tao and Lavo.

There are 11 of us - 9 girls and 2 guys.
How much should I be tipping for the nights where we pay for entry and how much for the nights that he puts us on his list?

Your ratio is perfect and you're going the weekend after MDW...I'm surprised that you're paying for entry? The guys are the only ones that should have that headache.

You shouldn't be tipping anyone unless they provide a service...paying for cover and being a women doesn't imply tipping....now if the ladies are skipping the line, no cover, then the fellas should tip whomever provides the hookup. Basically your group should approach a host or contact someone prior, let 'em know the ratio, and ask for escorted entry, knowing that the fellas "might" have to pay cover still, and expect that one of the guys greases the hosts hands after the transaction is complete.

Bigger question - why aren't you doing a day pool party on Sunday (the biggest pool day of the week)? And what happened to Friday night?

Noah Ortiz who already posted on this thread should be able to help the girls get on a guestlist for Marquee. I'd contact him before buying presale. The guys will have to pay though. I would also contact Ryan Perrings at Xs. He's super quick to respond tell him your ratio, and see if you can get the girls on a guest list.

Thanks! So say the girls pay no cover and the guys do but they all get walked in - how much should one of the guys tip on behalf of the others? I really have no idea how it works...I've only been to Vegas with girls before and we didn't have these things to worry about!

Sunday they're doing Grand Canyon and Friday night is their free night so they might arrange to go out then! I'm only dealing with thurs, sat, mon and tues...

For Saturday, I can throw you on my list and it'll get all the girls in free and the guys discounted. My contact's floating around the forums as well as on both my social networks listed in my signature. I'm assuming you contacted a Tao/Lavo promoter who told you to take the route you previously listed.
