Wet republic MDW

Ive never been to wet republic but me and 3 others (2 guys 2 girls) will be staying in the MGM grand and will be going either that Friday or Saturday. Any advice? I know cabana/daybed prices will be through the roof Im sure...

Whats a "proper" handshake during MDW? I want to make sure to come correct.

For 4 without having to wait in line and being walked in on the craziest weekend of the year I would say $100. I would suggest more but you get the ratio 2-2 discount haha. I also think the 100 could get you good treatment , you know see how your doing , maybe a couple drink tix.

So I have some friends staying at MGM this weekend. Anything going on at Wet this weekend? I am going to give them Thomas Gorman's number, but if it's 4 or 5 girls do they have to pay to get in or if they take care of him can they get right in? I really do not know much about pool parties so any help is appreciated. Girls are not going to be getting a cabana or anything like that.

No chance of getting cover waived on MDW unless you're in the industry. A handshake will get you past the line, that is all. Remember, if you give a host a handshake and he comps you in that would be like stealing from the venue

It is for this weekend though, not MDW. Not sure if Irock was responding to me or the original post, I assumed it was me.

Any idea what the cover would be like on mdw 2 guys 2 girls if we go through the host?

guys cover will start at 75ish and work its way up to well over 150 as the day progresses... girls will be about 30

I got quoted $1500 for a daybed on Friday and $2000 for a daybed on Saturday. But this is before they have released their line up so it will probably go up if they pull in somebody big.
