Does XS Have A Cutoff Time For Checking In With Presales Now?

They recently added this to the details section on Wantickets:

These tickets are print at home. Please print out and bring the scannable ticket as well as the e-mail confirmation, ID, and Credit Card to the club by 10:30pm and follow the signage to the Wanticket area.

I'm pretty sure that is standard for Wantickets. It's always been in the fine print when I've bought tickets from them.

Not that I know of. I'm sure they wont turn you away if you came later. But being there at that time, maybe they can accomodate you pre-sales getting in sooner and smoother before the crazyiness.com

I talked with a Marquee rep over the phone, and she told me during busy weekends the clubs will fill to capacity. For safety reasons, no one will be let in until others leave, regardless if you have tickets, so best to get there early. She didnt say anything about a cutoff.

Thats correct. When they hit capacity, the first people that can get in when others leave are ones that have pre-sale and are doing bottle service(if theres any tables left). So in that sense, youre guaranteed to get in if you have a pre-sale ticket.

We came in late into town a couple times at around 12-1am. We checked in, gambled a bit and didnt think of going to a club. by 2am, we got bored and thought of hitting up Marquee. It wasnt that packed so we got into see Hardwell in the middle of his set at 2:45AM.

4-5 weeks later, we came into town around the same time and decided to check out Marquee again. This time it was Benny Benassi but it was at capacity at 2:45. We wanted to pay cover or even get a table, but it was a no go. We had to wait until people started leaving, but there were a few ahead of us with pre-sale tickets and they had priority going in.
We had friends in there and they said it was shoulder to shoulder packed and I'm sure theres fire codes they have to follow and limit who can go in.

So ya with pre-sale, there is no cutoff but you are guaranteed at some point to get in.

We got there at 11:00. Got to be by the pool area, but not actully let into the club. Eventually got in through a hook up, but if you want in the club arrive Early.

By the time they close off the inside at XS, it's so crowded that you're way better off outside anyways. We were there last year for Deadmau5 over MDW and at one point inside, a girl had a seizure and it was so crowded that nobody could move to get her to an exit, or get security to her...it was actually pretty scary.
