Getting in clubs

Getting Vegas fever haha. Heading down April 27th for 3 nights. Looking to hit clubs at least 2 nights if not all 3 but not looking for bs this time. 3 of us going, any luck in contacting host about what it would cost to get in on guestlist and bypass line and/or cover. This site has been great help and thanks in advance for any info.

Here's what you do.

Pick which clubs you want to go to on a certain night. See if that club has a specific DJ/Performer/Guest that you want to check out.

Choices on how to go about it:

1. Bottle Service: contact host for that club.
2. Guestlist: contact host for that club. Keep in mind you may still have to pay a certain cover depending on what the host hooks it up with.
Get there a certain time by 10 usually just in case its super busy and they close the GL line.
3. General Admission: Walk in the G/A line and just pay the cover
4. Pre-sale tickets: Some clubs like Marquee have online pre-sale tickets you can get and that can assure you get in for a certain amount. Usually the tickets are discounted compared to the door.
5. Concierge: If you're staying at the hotel that the club is at, you can go up to the concierge desk and purchase pre-sale tickets there. Many cases its discounted compared to the door cover.

just a heads up my dude, start contacting hosts within the next week or so to see what the deal is, bc that weekend has some crazy dj's. friday night at xs is avicii, saturday at xs is tiesto, sunday at xs is manufactured superstars. saturday at marquee is kaskade. saturday at surrender is bingo players. saturday at tryst is lil jon. i may be forgetting a few, but it's turning out to be a pretty popular weekend.

to copy what wt661 said, concierge tickets or wanttickets/presale tickets might be your best bet for three guys unless you have a real good host/contact.

Don't forget Sunday the 29th is XIV at Hyde at the Bellagio! If you don't know what it is, youtube it. That's where I will be after months of researching.

I'd def go the Pre-Sale route. That's what we plan to do for Avicii.

Pre-sales are always the best guarantee entry if you're not looking for bottle service. Obviously don't buy tickets from people off the street/strip and only buy directly from the venue, hotel, or a trusted site. Expecting to bypass line and cover for 3 guys that aren't doing BS isn't very likely without a good host relationship. Plus like others have said that's going to be a busy weekend because of the lineup @ Marquee, XS, and XIV Sunday @ Hyde.

What do you thing the situation will be at MDC during MDW with presale tickets? Will there be much of a line, and will that change during the day? Also, are there places to sit around the pool?
