Does HAZE really suck that much?

So I've locked down my plans for the 21st, but still trying to figure out what to do on the 20th. I noticed on Yelp that HAZE has 2.5 stars, and absolutely gets destroyed in the reviews...anyone who's been there recently, can you tell me how it is, or if this is just a case of entitled Yelpers complaining?

Also open to suggestions for the 20th.

I also just wanted to add that this site has been fucking awesome for figuring out the ins and outs of Las Vegas for a first timer.

wouldnt put that much stock in what yelp has to say. go for yourself and see how you like it, because there are just too many variables that affect one's experience.

Yelp is the lamest thing on earth. People complain about $12 entrees at restaurants being too expensive. Good God.

I have never been to Haze, but I would put no stock in Yelp reviews for nightclubs.

I've found any nightlife reviews on Yelp, tripadvisor, etc. are totally worthless. JC seems to be the only place to find accurate straight-forward information regarding Vegas nightlife. Seems to me most of the "reviews" I see elsewhere are from people who didn't do their homework on JC before hitting the town. Shame they squandered such an opportunity....

I went for Halloween and had a blast...I don't remember too much about the club because I was hammered but from what I do remember the club was packed and the staff was very nice and our security guard was AWESOME and personally escorted us to the bathroom every time we had to go and took us to the front of the line (which was very long)...overall had a good night and would go back again.

Ya we did BS up on the balcony one time and had a blast. You're going to see more negative stuff on yelp than positive since its easier to bitch than praise. lol.

Ours was Halloween weekend as well.

only complaint i have about it is that they charge way more on the drinks sometimes...i've gotten so many dirty looks from bartenders there but hey fuck you im not paying $42 for 2 jager bombs

I was at Haze for NYE and LMFAO...Was a good time!

I went to Haze when I was staying at Aria in late 2010 and I had a great time there. I gotta second DeX though, the drinks are WAY too expensive. A ketel one with red bull cost, I think, $20. The next time I just wanted red bull without the ketel, and it was still like $15! I was pretty shocked.

On the upside of that though, the re-entry was pretty smooth, and they had coupons for b1g1 drinks at the Gold Lounge right by the exit of Haze, so my friends and I left a couple of times just to go upstairs to the gold lounge, drink some shots/bombs, and head back down to Haze.
