clubs that offer JC member specials?

After reading through the bottle service pricing thread and seeing jc member specials mentioned i was wondering what clubs still offer these and what the offers are.

Choose your club and hit up the JC recommended or forum recommended host, tell them you're from JC and ask them what they can do for you.
