I have an independant host that's been pretty good. I emailed Irena from Pure (listed on the main page of Jackcolton) about a B1G1 for last tuesday and she said they don't do that any more.
Emailed the independent host and he got us set up with the deal in less than an hour, and walked us into a pretty great table considering our spend. All money went through the venue except for his tip (which was never discussed but I'm usually pretty generous)

You're going to end up paying a lot more unless your final bill gets settled with the dealers themselves (nightclubs, limos etc), you just need someone to set it all up in exchange for a "thank you".
