Looking into booking a table for a group of 10-12 (probably 50/50 ratio) in mid May. Overall the group is going to like hip hop, top 40 type stuff more than EDM or trance. From my experience and reading it seems like Boom Box and the roof deck would be the best bets. Can anyone provide any suggestions?

Also, given that we have a 50/50 ratio and will be staying at the Cosmo, would there be any benefit (i.e. lower minimum) in booking a table just for the guys and having the girls get in through general admission? I've heard that it can be easier to get in if staying at the Cosmo (and then it would be a group of 5-6 girls in their mid 20's who otherwise would probably not be spending a dime on alcohol) but if there's still a decent chance of them having trouble getting in on a saturday night I'll just book the table for everyone.

Im a hip hop/top 40 guy and I wouldn't buy bottle service in the boom box room. You really wont get your money's worth in there. Too crowded. Cant move.

      +1 Erock.

We were quoted $2k for a table in the Boombox Room. Ended up going early for free (guests at the Cosmo also). It was a MUCH better decision. It would have been way too cramped. Would have been pissed paying that much.

during the summer the roof is great and theres lots of energy and great energy. my group had a table outside twice last year and had a blast partying under the stars.
