Plans changed... Kinda panicking!

So one of the guys I'm going with plays ball for WWU and they made it to the Elite 8 and can't make it to Vegas anymore! Now there's only 3 of us... Just wanted some advice if we should still get 2 rooms since we already booked them?? And I honestly never been to Vegas with less than 4 people... Is it better that we only have 3 instead of 4 now?

I would call and see if you could cancel one room every hotel has different policies and I guess it would be better if there were 4 people if you were getting bottle service since it would be more people splitting the cost.

Personally, I would cancel the 2nd room...but not a bad idea from Drew if you got the money!

I always wondered about the 4 guys to 1 bottle ratio. I know the rule of thumb is 3:1, but how often will a club let a group of 4 slide? Assuming you're not feeding the rats, the bottle would probably go quick with 4 but a few more drinks per person might do the trick and would be cheaper than a second bottle. Is that 3:1 ratio flexible?

+1. I usually reserve a suite for me and the crew to rage in, and have an attachment entirely dedicated to "bashing and crashing"

If you can keep the room. I usually like to book a room for myself even when going with others. Coming back to an empty room is golden in my opinion. Keep the partying at the clubs or in another room.

Personally, I'd cancel the second room unless you don't mind spending thr money on it. I'd rather spend the money on something else unless you got a killer deal on it then you might at well keep it in case. If you do want to cancel it i'd call asap since most hotel will let you cancel without penalty up to 48 hours in advance, but some hotels might vary. You'd probably be able to get a 1 bottle min for 3 guys at some clubs so that might be one plus of only going with 3 people.

So from everyone's response... I'm understanding that it should be better now that there is 3 of us instead of 4 when it comes to bottle service. I guess we'll find out on Monday... and from the look of it, its looking like vegas has seattle weather at the moment
