Where do the 40 somethings go?

I'm heading to Vegas for the first time in April. Where is the hotest best place to meet people my age?

There are people your age at all the venues, but if your looking for a majority, probably Mix, Vodoo Lounge, and Tabu. Smaller and older venues.

Last time I went to Tabu there were definitely a lot of older people it's more of a lounge and not a big club.

Good info! Thanks. I'll see ya in the clubs then. I suspect there will be a lot of “spur of the moment” decisions being made. I am traveling solo and really want to take in all the night life Vegas has to offer. No real itinerary outside of some afternoon meetings – the nights are open for mixing it up. I’m looking forward to meeting some people who wouldn’t mind bringing me along (paying my own way of course)…... Spend some cash, have some drinks and mingle with the ladies.

Not gonna lie.. Sometimes I walk by the lounges, seeing the 40-somethings swilling vino, having their own brand of fun, and think to myself "now why can't I just do that and be happy"

that said, I forget about all that once I'm in the club raging it up

I see older groups of men and women in clubs all the time. The only time they look out of place is when they are not able to pull off a certain kinda look and it just looks like they are trying to hard to be in their 20s. Most of the time they are well dressed and well put together.

Dress nice but not too crazy and have a good time. Dress like a doosh and act like a doosh and I don't care what age you are, you're going to stand out, and not in a good way.

This is the plan I follow too. tough for me because I fall in the older crowd, but always come to Vegas with a younger crowd. Im not fully ready for my age group yet.

Yeah! not yet ready to be my age either. At the same time though, I am glad not to be 20-something anymore. I know now what I didn't know then! Probably in better shape now then I was then and have a few more dollars to spend. 20 days and counting.

Tryst, Pure and The Bank is where I see more 40's then elsewhere. Although still plenty of younger guys.
