Party of 4 Table Service Recommendations

Me and 3 other friends (3 girls, 1 guy) are heading to Vegas for a weekend of celebration. We are looking to do table services at XS and Marquee

I've contacted Marquee and they have a 2K min. for Saturday tables. This is before the tax and gratuity; It's fine in terms of money but this puts us at 3-4 bottles. We're not light weights but definitely can't handle a bottle each, so essentially I'll just be throwing some money away if we go with this booking (then again when in Vegas..). I don't know what XS's min. is but I suspect it wouldn't be too different from Marquees given they're both tier 1 clubs. I understand I might just have to go with this if I want a Sat. table @ Marquee but May I ask if there are other options before I commit?

My other question is can some expert shed some light for Marquee Day Club? What would you recommend for a party of 4? I don't have any particular budget as it's my birthday, just reasonable sized accommodation for my group, i.e, I'm not looking to rent a Cabana just for the sake of getting a Cabana when it's meant for 10+, but if there's a smaller one that'll accommodate my group, by all means, please let me know.

What are the dates? Summer time is more expensive, but you could probably land a table for a 2 bottle min at XS. Depends what your dates are and if there is an big name DJ that night.

Thats the biggest weekend of the year. There WILL be big DJs at both clubs every night. Youll be lucky to get a 3 bottle min.

Ah ok. I thought MDW weekend is the following weekend 05/31, 06/1, etc. If that's the case, I guess the min. is fair. It'll be hard for 4 of us to finish that much alcohol, but we'll work around it. Thanks again for your help.

Also... You wont be the only smaller party going to Vegas for MDW from these forums... If you don't mind sharing with an extra couple or 4 people, you can cut your cost in half. Just watch the connections page or start the MDW whos going? Thread I'm sure some people will be more than happy to pay for 2 out of your 4 bottles.

Another option is buying a bottle or two of champagne instead of liquor. It's easier to drink a bottle of bubbly, so you can finish all your bottles and not feel like you're wasting your money.

Haha luckily we are a group of mostly girls. But yes I'm aware of the type and some friends of mine are always like that in Vegas. I'm all for if you got it, work it to your advantage; but personally I'm not looking to save money on drinks, I want my night to go exactly the way I want, if that means paying whatevers, fine by me.

Thank you pantlessnellman & deafcon. You both bring up a good point. Given it's my birthday so I prefer to have my own table so I went ahead and made the reservation (but will check out the thread as time gets closer, I'm always down to meet new people); Initially one rep told me it's a 3-4 bottle minimum, but then another one clarified it's a $2K minimum, we can spend it on both bottles and non-bottles. Like deafcon suggested, we'll get some bubbly so it won't be too rough of a night... well, we'll see
