1 OAK is open format, so it will be a mix of hip hop, top 40 and house.

Haze, Tao, Tryst and The Bank are others I would consider.

I personally wouldn't go to LAX or Pure, but they fit the bill music wise.

Crown for 100% Hip Hop/R&B. It's hood but no drama and everyone is on their best behavior. I went when it first opened and my crew (black) wasn't going for the EDM/Techno shit whatsoever and we had a good time! Good bottle prices too. A lot of people hate on Crown and it does remind you of your average urban club (I'm from Chicago so I know) but it is huge, packed and really was a good time. I choose not to make it a regular spot cuz we got plenty clubs like that in Chi but if that's what your crew is looking for, it's not bad. Otherwise, Tao, Tryst, Haze, and Pure have always been a good option for Hip Hop/Top 40.
