  • XS or Marquee this Saturday

Which one? Calvin Harris at XS and ATB at Marquee. The group doesn't want 100% trance music.

I never been to Marquee but plenty of times to XS. The group I'm hanging out with will have rooms at Cosmo which is a plus. Drink and re-enter the club.

Given that you've never been to Marquee and the group is staying at Cosmo, I would say go there.

I can't comment on the music aspect of your post.

In terms of DJ... I like ATB (saw him on NYE), but would much rather see Calvin Harris, they both play Trance & House btw.

In terms of club... Bottle services is a plus if you go to Marquee since it gets so packed inside the main room, and there's really nowhere to stand (except outside). XS on the other hand has a spacious main room, so if you don't have a table, stand in the back by the bar. =)

I saw ATB in San Diego a few months ago, and he was the 'hardest' trance DJ I've seen. I was happily surprised by the amount of bass during his set.

one hundred twenty two thousand percent ATB. Like ^ said he doesnt really play the lame trance that every one just sways to. He has great drops and will keep you moving. I was completely sober last time I saw him and still had a blast. I have seen him not so sober and lost my mind, amazing. When he plays Ecstasy and 9PM people lose it. Greatest thing ever. I dont know how old you are or if you like older women but I have seen some of the hottest older chicks ever at an ATB show. You cannot go wrong.

As far as logistics go, if you haven't ever been to Marquee and you want to go, it just makes sense if you have rooms at the Cosmo too. (I personally love Marquee + the Cosmo)

Musicwise, ATB has firm foundations in trance even though he's switched over to more of the progressive house sound to stay relevant (i.e. Tiesto) so you'd probably have a safer bet with XS.
