  • A teacher walks into a bar... (advice needed)

Me and a buddy are going to Vegas for my 40th birthday in mid-March (Sun - Thu). I'm only a teacher, thus offer Vegas very little added value. At least monetarily. My goal is to have a blast* for one night at a club (table/bottle service). My other goal is to keep the cost of the blast* to around $500 or so. Given my very limited budget, am I looking at more of a short, moderately loud, "pop"? Would $500 not even buy us fold-up chairs outside of a sundry shop? Any flame-free, realistic advice?

*Blast: Drink moderately, dance (The Running Man is STILL cool, thank you very much), and have young ladies flirt with me for "free" drinks while I wittily charm them by explaining how the drinks are actually the transaction cost for being flirted with.

You shouldn't finding a club that you'll only need to buy 1 bottle, since your trip is during the week. For example, Chad Noyes of RPM (Only day open during your trip it would be would be Wednesday)-1 bottle-350 min (Sky) Ciroc (400) & Grey Goose (425).

Have a school fundraiser to help fund your trip...seems I am always contributing to 'jump rope for heart', book fair, or some other good cause...

LOL! Not much scholastic value in this trip, I'm afraid.

+1 Some of my best trips didn't include a table. You can have a blast just showing up and getting crazy on the dance floor.

Fellow teacher/MAT student here . Make sure to tell girls you're a teacher. They absolutely love it.
