What to do if you only have one night in Vegas?

I'm coming to town April 19th with 3 other friends. Our group consists of 2 guys and 2 girls. This is our ONLY night in Vegas, and it's my girlfriends 28th birthday that night too. Suggestions on where what club to go to would be great! Any good 'Birthday deals' that anyone knows about?
