For the Cosmopolitan, Marriott has a best-rate guarantee they will match any "transparent" rate you can find + take another 25% off that rate for finding a rate lower than the Marriott.com rate. Marriott.com does not have the Buy 3/Get 4 rate updated so basically any 4-night stay will work for this adjustment (lowest rate + 25% more off).

I booked a Studio w/ Balcony for 4 nights over MDW for $160/night.

Also, booking through Marriott.com only requires deposit of the first night, not the full payment in advance.
