Just wanted to clarify.. Is this kind of post allowed under the new rules? We lost some good member/hosts when the rules changed. just want to keep things fair.

(nothing personal chad, you're a good member too and thanks)

[Weighing in: I just read through the rules and its a bit of a grey area but he's good to go as long as he doesn't post contact information, request contacts, spam posts with RPM information, etc. The occasional listing of schedules is completely ok.]

            sorry..

im not trying to step on anyones toes or try to persuade anyone from going to one club to another especially on these forums. Jc members have supported me alot and i of course welcome the support that everyone gives me. I help people regardless of there budget or if they want guestlist or even if they want 3 other clubs then mine on 3 nights.

Now with that being said with this thread i just want to keep everyone in the loop with whats coming up at RPM and seeing that ive put an all out effort with helping this club stay afloat and now the success of it has been great. We have been slammed the last 2 weeks and everything with the club is starting to come together. I didnt ask for anyone to come i didnt give my contact info i just simply put what we have coming up because everyone especially jc members like to plan weeks sometimes months ahead. I also want to show people the difference we are making in the events we are booking especially going against a thread "RPM Nightclub over/under 3 months" If you consider me posting a lineup that im actually proud of and helped put together wrong then what would you call a thread that says rpm over under 3 months and the "persuading" of that thread with why people think its going to fail?

              also..

if people have a good time at rpm i want them to be able to post it on here. if people think a cool dj or act would be good there they can post on here. if they had a bad time let me know why and ill try and correct it or take care of that person if they wanted to come back. I understand about spamming and all that crazyness that was happening before

Well said Chad!!!!! My next trip out, I'm def hitting up RPM. The more EDM talent you guys get the better. They don't have to be big name DJ's like XS, Surrender, Marquee, etc. have, but some names that are recognizeable..ie. Boris, Serge Devant, Ferry Corsten (not as big as before), big name- but LaidBack Luke would be fucking amazing .. ..lol....but you get what I'm trying to say.

Keep up the good work and I think RPM will be succeed everybody's expectations. Can't wait to see how the pool will turn out.

Yeah, I understand the defense of RPM coming from Chad on this. There has been alot of negative predictions with that club.

That being said I think we may hit it up either Friday, March 16 or Saturday, March 17 to check it out. We'll be there March Madness and I may contact chad about the JC deal he has going. You can't beat that, especially if they keep getting that underground EDM talent they have going. They could possibly get a following with that approach....possibly.

Only problem is alot of the people coming to Vegas on the weekend want to go to big names like Tiesto, Afrojack, etc. Not taking away from them at all...but some DJs with lesser names can throw down with the best of them.

Fully agree, love seeing the big named DJ's (Laidback Luke, Chuckie, Afrojack, Tiesto, etc) do their thing but its the underground unknown DJ's that show off some dope unique skills on the tables. Eddie halliwell is a perfect example, he doesnt have a huge following here but dang he is amazing. james zabiela, riva starr also. Wink wink RPM wink wink lol!

I second (third?) that. I have seen a few top DJs and yea they are top for a reason, but lesser known DJs are often more exploratory and therefore bring something new. High end clubs can bring more exposure to themselves by bringing top djs in, but I agree that something is said for a club that showcases lesser known talent...even though I know most will strive for the big names.

davidg545 - I just looked up James Zabiela and I'm liking what I hear.

+1! He's really unique when it comes to incorporating effects live during his mix and making it sound good.

I agree with both getting clarification of what's cool to post and with what Chad is doing. As a matter of fact, I'm more likely to book something with the hosts that still post here despite the limitations on solicitation. Kind of disappointed that so many hosts just stopped posting valuable info when the incentives went away.

I'm one of the people who plan months ahead of time, and I appreciate any info I can get. And depending on my luck with getting a wristband today (and the clubs included), there's a good chance I'll end up at RPM at some point in May and I'll talk to Chad before I go!

I really appreciate the hosts who post. On my next trip (looks like it will not be until Sept 4-9) I will hit each of you up.

                              +1

                              James Zabiela Global Underground 38.

Like I've said in a previous post, lesser known but still badass DJs that people STILL KNOW would be an awesome alternative to GIANT DJs with GIANT table minimums.

When we do Vegas we do 3-4 bottles/night which doesn't do shit at a big name DJ, yet there's gotta be an outlet for that level consumer.
