Also for cheap shows and stuff and just great dinner deals check out Travel Zoo. They always have deals that will help your budget and you guys can get a quality show or dinner for cheap.

For example they have deals that share 2 appetizers, 2 entree's, share a desert and 2 glasses of wine for like $65-85. This will greatly help you save money and get you eating something more then Fat Burger.

Travel zoo got a 4-course meal for 2 for $59 (which is basically 30 per person)

and they have a deal for Hard Rock Hotel (not sure if that will be the best rate but its something you can compare while you are looking for hotels.)
