Nightclub Advice

I know there are quite a few threads with the same sort of question, but I am hoping to get a more narrowed answer.

Four of us (all guys) are looking for a nightclub for Saturday, February 25. We have a budget around 2000 (including tax and gratuity) for bottle service, with the possibility of going a little higher. I know that it is early, at least the girl at XS told me she did not have bottle pricing for that date yet, so I'm trying to find a smaller list of the possible places that can fit our budget. I would call the places that are listed on the website, but I do not want to waste time and long distance charges if they do not have set pricing yet, plus, from reading posts on here I know there are many people who will have a better idea of where we can expect to go.

You can get a decent table at XS with that budget.

Yup, exactly what Dnix said. I'd add that in dealing with XS, make sure you contact a Senior VIP Host instead of going off the Website.

On http://jackcolton.com/reservations.htm you'll see Ryan Perrings is listed as the JC Approved Contact for XS, and it's well deserved. Ryan has been with XS for a while, and has always been great with JC forum members. I would recommend texting or emailing Ryan about 2 weeks ahead of time to get a table sized out.

Thanks for the replies! I'm not married to going to XS, they were just the first place I contacted to try and get pricing. Do hosts prefer to be contacted by email or text? I live in Canada so I'm not sure if there are long distance fees associated with texting in the US. Once again, thanks for the replies.

Most hosts actually prefer Text - - not sure if there's a charge Canada to US.

A Text allows them to quickly answer questions that come up instead of doing a whole diatribe via email. Many hosts will also just pop your number into your phone so you can contact them later, and they know who you are.

text is fine, but i would be willing to guarantee that Ryan has e-mail directly on his phone. I'm sure you would get a quick response either way.

Everyone has pricing for that date.. BUT! the LOCATION of the table will be unconfirmed until more reservations are in the books...

most of us are actually switching to iPhone.. we are tired of the BBs freezing and deleting random stuff..

not everyone has 3000+ numbers in their phone.. or go through 10,000 + txts a month.. but those of us who do.. have switched to iPhone... or will be soon...
