What your opinion about Lavo NightClub ?

What kind of music are you into? I did Lavo twice on my last visit (include NYE), and while I like the club and the staff I dealt with (mostly bartenders ), I thought the music tended a bit too much towards Hip Hop/R&B for my tastes.

They have the same deal with entry as Tao: eat at the restaurant, get expedited entry into the club (although getting to the expedited entry line meant waiting in the main line until you got close; at least it did for me.

I would post what kind of music I liked and what I wanted/am doing (going out with wife looking for a fun time, looking to meet girls, bachelor party, etc).

What're you trying to get me in trouble here?

Going with 2 of my buddies. Goal: Party it up. Music would be house /hiphop in that order. Been to Tryst, Body English, LAX, Jet (when it was open), XS, Tryst (again), TAO, Body English (Again), then XS (again)

lol so that's where I've been over 3 previous trips. Great times all around. Love Tao and Tryst.

Haven't gone proper in a while and never at the end of Feb.

Was hoping someone with a bit more experience would jump in, but based on music type and clubs you like, I'd be thinking about Marquee (which I haven't made it to yet myself. Was hoping to over New Years but ended up sick and stayed in the night I'd hoped to make it there.)

Yeah, I've heard good things about Marquee.

One of the not so good things I've heard is people not actually getting inside after paying cover and having to stay outside dancing... no access to the dancefloor.

                        Hi Folks!

I'm doing some research about Las Vegas, and I am currently researching about 'nightlife' facts. But although normally you can find almost all the information browsing the web, I'm having some difficulties to get information and statistics about nightlife figures in Las Vegas.
The only thing I could find was a website with a "Nightclub & Bar 2011 Top 100" ranking in US ( http://www.nightclub.com/awards/top-...r-2011-top-100)
But nothing else. I am wondering if you know where I could get information about: total number of night clubs in Las Vegas, their overall capacity, how many people use them per year or come to Las Vegas to club, their turnover or profit or what they add to the Las vegas economy..
I would really appreciate any hint about where to get this information
                        Thanks!

You can try vegas.com and look at their info such as occupancy. For statistics you'll have to dig a little deeper. Search through government data for stats such as GDP, but might be harder finding that info specifically for Las Vegas than it would be for Nevada.

Okay... newest line up for me and 3 of my buddies.

                              Fri - Haze
                              Sat - Tao
                              Sun - Lavo

Had Tryst on Friday originally, but we've been there too many times... time for something new like Haze. Tao is a must, since it's our fav. So that's for sure on Sat and can't go wrong with the Tao group so Lavo on Sunday.

                              Opinions?

The appeal of crypto dice games as a casual time-passer likely stems from their inherent simplicity and quick feedback loop. Unlike more complex games...
