What is the difference (not cost but crowd) in the tier 1 clubs (XS, Marquee, Tryst and Tao) and the tier 2 clubs (Surrender, Bank, Chateau, LAX, Rain, Vanity, Pure) on weekends? I have been to only tier 1 clubs on weekends with one exception. Less people? Worse ratio of women to dudes? The last thing we want to do is go to a club that is not packed with a good ratio of women to dudes. My one experience with a tier 2 club (one of the tier 2 clubs I listed above) was a semi-crowded club with maybe 75% dudes and that has me very nervous. Is any tier 2 club a safer bet than the others? Maybe Pure?

Many variables.... Depends on the night, Depends on the Event, Depends on the crowd... almost every club will have a higher ratio of guys to girls, but I too never want to be in club with a ratio worse than 2 guys to 1 girl.
Been to PURE a couple of times.. with a mixed group and a bachelor party.
Last time @ PURE we had the table in the white room, right on/beside the dancefloor in a roped off area.. The bouncer wouldn't even let me hand a girl a drink over the rope. Literally had to push through people to walk anywhere outside the ropes. I don't think I'll ever go back to PURE until I've been everywhere else. It's just toooooooooo rammed!
On a Friday-Sunday trip, I'd rather focus on 3 big pool parties and 1 big nightclub.HardRock August 2013 AOD

Regardless what tier bottle service is a must on any and every Saturday if you plan on going to a club. They are all 110% packed capacity and it sucks. IMO. I truely wish clubs would stop allowing people in once 80% capacity is reached. It would be a more enjoyable experience for everyone. In a hot club with a place to kick your feet up or have friends and guests chill is priceless. If you opt out of bottle service and it is a Saturday, then I would hit bar and lounges only.
We also usually restrict the Saturday night club to where we are staying or a club next door within walking distance. It just makes everything so much easier, how many of you waited in a cab line on a Saturday night? lolLast edited by IRockNvegas; 01-09-2012, 01:27 PM.Appreciate Vegas

One clarification to my original post. We will do bottle service - just at a tier 2 club.
The response that all clubs are 110% packed is the response I was looking for. But I am skeptical though based on my experience with a tier 2 club where the place was nowhere near capacity and at least 75% dudes. I prefer slammed packed clubs.

Hit Surrender if there is a big name DJ. Or even if there isn't, I love that club.Originally posted by BigPimp View PostOne clarification to my original post. We will do bottle service - just at a tier 2 club.

Depending on group size you're looking at a $1000 average difference in spending.***** HART

Depends on your definition.... IMO, there are clear Tier-1 clubs (XS, Marquee, Tao), clear tier-2 clubs (Chateau, Rain, Lavo, Jet when it was around, LAX, Pure, Vanity, etc.) and then there are the ones that are in the middle (Surrender, Tryst, Rain/Moon, The Bank, etc.).Originally posted by MBran517 View PostSurrender is a Tier-2 Club?
Maybe we should get movement to re-rank clubs as tier 1, 2, and 3 so we can find a home for those like Surrender that are better than most but still not quite on the Vegas tier 1 level. Obviously this is specific to Vegas... Surrender in pretty much any other city would be tier 1.Next Trip: October 28-31, 2016
