Moon/Playboy/Suggestions on Saturdays?

Any good? Already going to Tao or Tryst on Thursday night for bottles and then Drais.

Friday we're taking "off" to gamble before going out big again on Saturday but want somewhere that is going to have good music and not stupid table minimums. Probably going to be 6 people, 2 guys/4 girls.

What's the music/scene like at Moon? (I've never been there but the pictures of it look cool so I'd like to see it in person).

Any other suggestions that are not XS or Marquee, with a preference for EDM (I say not XS or Marquee only because that night we're not going for a 2k minimum)?


This would be the weekend of February 24th so I don't know if any DJs have been scheduled that far out yet.

If you have a strong EDM preference, Moon isn't the spot for you. Their DJ's mainly play hip hop and top 40, including some old school stuff.

If that's not a deal breaker it can be a good time. The view is unreal and it's typically packed on Saturday nights.

You can take the escalator down to Playboy for a look around, but you don't want to spend your night there.

Tryst, Tao, and Haze are possible spots that will be cheaper than XS/Marquee. You're not going to get a deal on a prime table on a Saturday night, but you may be able to get a decent minimum if you're willing to compromise on location.

Moon has been playing more house on weekends & keeping Playboy hiphop offers a different format within a short walking distance.
