Thursday night options

Haven't been to Vegas in a couple years and am looking for suggestions for a Thursday night. I believe my group's flights all arrive around 8:00 so will probably be looking to do something around 10:30.

I've been to Voodoo Lounge @ Rio a couple times on Thursdays during the summer just for the view, but not sure how it is during the cooler months when people don't want to be outside.

I would prefer a place that isn't going to impossible to get into and not having to pay $30/person would be nice as well.

We are doing Tryst on Friday and Marquee on Saturday.

Would Ghost Bar or Voodoo fit that description? Love the view from both places.

Ghostbar is pretty quiet on a Thursday. Most of our traffic at the Palms goes to Moon (same view and patio but in the other tower).

You could move Tryst to Thursday and do a different club on Friday maybe? Tao is also killer on Thursday. Depending on what time you show up and maybe talk to hosts about guest list, you might be able to not deal with the hassle you're trying to avoid.

if you want a club, then Tao, Tryst and Haze are the best Thursday options. Tao is great, but can get crazy packed.

Sounds a bit though like you want something a bit more chill and with some sort of view. Hyde might be another option to consider. Not a view of the strip from there, but you'll be smack in front of the fountains at Bellagio, which is not a bad thing to have to look at. Hyde is brand new, so limited feedback so far, but might be a good fit for you.

What dates are you going and where are you staying?

Thanks for the suggestions - think we'll check out Moon or Ghostbar depending on how the lines look.

We are looking for a little bit lower key night Thursday so will probably stay away from Tao, etc.

I echo what Dnix says, I really like Tryst Thurs (although you said you are doing Tryst Fri... maybe try XS for Friday instead?). If you have an equal ratio of guys and girl you'll get guestlist - no cover - and skip the line.

Crowd there is pretty chill too, made a lot of friends the last time we went.
