Question about “Web VIP Services Coordinator”

Been lurking for a while, but finally decided to jump into the mix. My wife and a few other couples are coming to Vegas in March for my 30th. This is my 6th trip out, but their first times (maybe second on some). We will be staying in Aria.

My wife recently spilled that she has reserved a table and bottle service at the Gold Lounge for a Saturday night. Why she picked there in not sure and I don’t want to try to convince her to change it, she took the initiative, so whatever. She was working with a “Web VIP Services Coordinator” and made the reservation all online. Is that really all that needs to be done? Has anyone ever worked with a person like that? I keep reading things about hosts and whatnot and want to make sure we don’t show up and get pushed away.

Any help is appreciated.

Not too sure.... but it being a Lounge and not a club club, getting in shouldn't be a problem if you went with a reputable company. I don't imagine it has a big line up.

THey do have an open bar at Gold Lounge on saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 for $20... might be in your best interest to move the reservation to another location or night and take advantage of the "free booze"

make sure your going through the club itself.. the door man (Jack Ross- 702-465-8792) is the go to guy that I use...

Call the club directly.. and see if it is in the system.. they they charged you any exotic fees... or charged you up front.. cancel the reso and call jack or the other designated host

The light group does have a Web reservations guy, so if you called the club directly or went to LGs website and booked it you should be good. for sure call my buddy jackie ross and make sure it in. Also you better be getting a deal.
