...fine print looks like it isn't a total scam... you can use it once for each place, and have 6 months to use it.

I'm not too interested, but might be a good option for some people looking to see a lot of places with no hassle of contacting hosts

It's not a bad deal but buyer beware:

"Yes, there are specific dates the Vegas V Card will not be accepted at certain venues. These dates include holidays, holiday weekends, special events, venue buyouts, and other dates the venue may choose to blackout. For a specific venue, call ahead to make sure they are not hosting a special event. The holiday blackout dates are as follows:

• Fri. May 27 - Mon. May 30 (Memorial Day weekend)

• Fri. July 1 - Mon. July 4 (Independence Day/July 4th weekend)

• Fri. September 2 – Mon. September 5th (Labor Day weekend)

• Fri. October 28 – Mon. October 31 (Halloween weekend)

• Fri. December 23 – Sat. December 25 (Christmas Eve/Day)

• Sat. December 31 (New Years Eve)

• Other holidays and weekends may apply

Each venue has specific rules and regulations stated on the back of each pass. Although, Vegas V Card offers FREE VIP line admission, the venue management reserves all rights in regards to redemption and entry. Some rules and regulations include: dress code restrictions, venue capacity, blackout dates, time of night, etc. Please refer to the venues’ webpage for more on its rules and regulations."

I'd still stick with direct hosts at a club who can get you into most spots for free.

I got one when I was out in Oct. Only used it once as picked it up late but it worked for Pure.

We had to wait ages for someone to come out and let us in, the normal queue was short and we'd got in quicker using GA but it saved us whatever the cover would have been.

Use it a few times and its worth it, if you travel a couple of times a year you should be able to get your moneys worth.

I got this at groupon when they offered it for 50$. Diff worth it so far.
Never ever had a problem getting in to a club with these...Just wait in GA and when you go to pay just hand them a pass. I dont think these allow you to skip the line. It just says free admission.

But as always YMMV. It really depends on whatever mood that person is in........if he/she is going to accept passes that night. I would only get this if you go a couple times a year to make it worth it. Expect a few nights where they wont be taken...and if its a big event dont even try.

They prob wont be accepted the 29th and 30th as that is going to be a busy weekend. Again it really depends on whoever's mood. Other then that there is no expire date on them.

I heard about v card and told my cousins and friends about it and they each bought one and they loved. They were all mainly guys and said that they were able to use to all the clubs they went to and didnt really have to wait at all or pay which was their favorite part. It was only like $100 and includes like 50 different places

This v card deal is on living social for the next few days. I was thinking about getting it, at least for the 2 guys in our group of 4. We will be in Vegas for a whole week, fri to fri starting aug 10th. Would this be good to get? Or would talking to a host & getting on the guestlist be better/cheaper? Not sure where we wanna go which days since the trip is still far away. I would like to wait & see which DJs are playing at which clubs before I plan out our nights, and days for that matter since I wanna do a couple pool clubs. Do girls usually pay a cover for these clubs? Should we all 4 get one? I think we will do bottle service somewhere on sat but thought this might save us money friday and during the week. Any thoughts, suggestions?

I think it's a much better deal if you are a guy. I only used mine for Liquid, while my guy used them at Liquid, at 3 out of 4 nightclubs we visited for free entry. I put myself on promoter guest lists for the clubs each night. I guess when we go back he can just use my passes We didn't have a problem using them, but as mentioned, beware of the fine print. We were going to try to use them for Haze to see J. Cole perform, but a promoter actually advised against it for that night.

I'd love to see someone try to flash this V Card at the door at Marquee, Surrender, XS, Hyde, Tao, Tryst or 1OAK. $20 to the person who videotapes the reaction.

It's worth it for $49.

You might definitely get some resistance though at the door, especially on weekends at peak times.

Very strangely, I've actually gotten more resistance at some of the lower-tier clubs that you wouldn't expect it from.

Still not sure if I should get one. I guess just 2 for the guys, idk. Even if it only works for the 2 for 1 drink specials at the lounges it will easily pay for itself, as much as we drink :-)

Lol the v card. Isn't that what chicks that don't want to pay flash guys that don't know any better to get alcohol they wouldn't normally pay for?
