Ok first if I posted this in the wrong forum, please move it. I posted it here because I felt it needed to get a lot of eyeballs.
Short version - I prepaid for Thurs Dec 1 bottle service at Moon back in October as it was my buddies birthday and I didn't want any issues at the end of the night. Saturday we also head to Moon for bottle service and this time paid cash. Unfortunately when I got home there was a charge for Moon on my credit card for our second trip. Big problem is that it came at the worst time (when my wife was looking at our funds for Christmas)
A quick couple of texts to Phil and he's on top of it. He even follows up on his own to make sure everything is going well and then sends me the email saying it was reversed. It finally got deposited back into my account and this was all done because of the hard work that Phil does.
So if you want a kick ass host for the Palms, make sure you hit him up. Those wanting his email/number can pm me for it as I am not sure of the rules about forum members posting host's contact info now.
