I don't really think there's a distinction between the 2 weekends. I guess you can look at convention schedules to see if that might influence anything.

CES runs the 10th through the 13th, so that weekend might be more expensive hotelwise than the 6th.

Celebrating my cousins birthday with our yearly Vegas trip from the 7-10th. Staying at PH Tower suites. ***** (hotelratespro.com) was able to get me a deal on all three nights.

i hate to rain on the parade, but AVN 2012 is going to be the week after CES, not the week of as its historically been.

So from next year its back to the traditional way for nerds to see pornstars...the internet

All's not lost though for CES attendees, the MA pagaent is on at PH on 15 Jan

Yea, I saw that date change when I was looking up the calendar in Vegas and that's why I'd rather go the weekend with the porn stars cause I, or rather they, seem to have an affinity for me. Go figure on that, I guess I'm just lucky like that?
