I've been tempted to check out the strip, but everything I see says it's just way to crazy on NYE

spent nye2011 in vegas. we were in haze for the stroke of midnight (nelly performed). the strip was fine at 3am when we got out. haha. the strip was a zoo before we entered the club. leave plenty of time to get around even early on in the day. that was my first trip to vegas and thoroughly enjoyed it. new years is a great time to visit.
