How to show Vegas Virgins the best time (Long post)

So I've got a trip coming up (ways out yet) and 3 of the 6 people are Vegas virgins.

The Group:
*Myself - love booze and craps - 3 vegas trips
*My Fiance' - going for Miss America/partying/shopping - 1 Vegas trip (last year with me for Miss America)
*My College Roomie for years - loves booze/dancing/partying - 1 vegas trip (last year with me for Miss America)
*College Roomie's Girlfriend - loves dancing/partying/shopping -Never been to Vegas
*My Cousin/Best-friend - Loves booze/poker/partying (kid parties harder than ANYONE I know) - Never been to Vegas
*Shared friend of my cousin and I - Loves gambling of all sorts/partying (2nd to my cousin - kid is nuts) - Never been to Vegas.
** There will be about 10 other girls my fiance' is good friends with there for Miss America too, but I'm not worried about them

I guess I'm looking for input on the best way to show the newbies a great time (nightlife specific, everyone can fend for themself during the day) and stretch their budget to last. (not sure an exact $$$ amount but 2 are still in college and the girls don't have overly fruitful jobs.... and I really don't want to bankroll stuff every single night).

My thoughts are (please chime in and help with ideas):

Wed (Arrive) – Limo from airport to get booze/snacks for the first few days of the trip. Cruise up/down the strip to show the newbies Vegas and booze while driving around…. Get to hotel, check in, get settled, etc etc ….. Hike the strip and do the touristy shows and stuff. Find a nice chill place for everyone to catch up and get to know each other (I’m sort of the only common denominator between a few of them).

Thurs - a.m. girls go to Miss America crap, boys start boozing early – night maybe do Gold Lounge open bar then Cathouse for the AOD special.

Friday – Treat hangover, maybe Steel Panther show???...or any club should be alright on a Friday night, so I might lean to what host can hook up a good BS deal.

Saturday – Miss America final night, girls will be busy til 11/mid-night…. After ?????

Sunday – Calm day of girls shopping. We either tag along or hit The Gun Store and Fremont street for cheap gambling. Maybe The Bank at night

Monday – during the day?! Marquee at night ?!

Tuesday – rent a car, hoover dam, some would like to see it – at night ?????

Wed - clean up our shit and leave

Any help or input would be great, THANKS!

Thursday - go to Cathouse
Friday - go to Marquee
Saturday - go to Tryst or check out the Chateau Gardens
Sunday - go to XS, the Bank, or Lavo (in that order). You could also check out Cathouse again this night as Darryll has a ridiculous party that night.
Monday - go to XS or Marquee
Tuesday - go to Pure or Moon

Vegas Trips to-date:
November 12-13, 2008 - Palms Standard
March 18-22, 2009 - MGM Grand Bungalow Suite
April 22-26, 2010 - MGM Grand Bungalow Suite
June 2-6, 2011 - Venetian Bella Suite
June 21-26, 2012 - Cosmopolitan Wraparound Terrace Suite

When is the MA pageant anyhow?

As far as I know there are prelims like Wed/Thurs/Friday... only some girls/state on those nights... so my fiance' really only cares about the nights the current Miss Wisconsin will be on stage... and the final night is Saturday the 14th.

Its a crazy week... CES, AVN, and MA all overlap that week... not sure how it will mess with pricing...
CES- mostly nerds and engineers (yeah, I'll probably go...)
AVN - strip clubs may get a boost but will the night clubs?
MA - depends on how dedicated the fans are, may spend all day/night at the pageant and trade-shows or might party their ass off and just watch the final night.

Wed - LAX has a decent Industry turn-out. Or hit a lobby lounge after traveling and hiking the strip...
Th - Cathouse
Fri - Pure is sweet, or do a club crawl to see some venues.
Sat - Check out LAX + Savile Row
Sun - XS
Mon - Daytime - go exotic car racing, gun store (2 in town), helicopter tour, or pool if weather permits.
Tues night - Chateau

don't forget that Monday 16th will be the MLK public hol, so that will probably open up other potential options on Sunday night, vs a regular non-holiday weekend..

and AVN is running out of sync will CES next year

Doesn't start until the 18th, so it you want to chase some autographs, you'll need to stay an extra few days

You're right! Not that really care about it, but I figured it would add a whole new element of chaos to the trip.
Pageant Queens + Porn Stars + Techies = really really strange week(end)...

I would do Cathouse on Friday or Saturday. Why do it on a night thats easier to get deals elsewhere??? Makes no sense when your friends are probably on a budget.

Id do something like this for you:
Wed - lounge like you said or Mike T for a line pass at Surrender
Thur - Tryst - bottle of goose and moet for $375
Fri - Cathouse special
Sat - Palms - could do the wristbands or a bottle and see all 4 clubs
Sun - XS - bottle of goose and moet for $375
Mon - Marquee - presale tix
Tues - Pure or Moon - guestlist

I like all of these for sure... Saturday at the Palms might be tough because of the pagent... doin't know when it will run until. Any thoughts on Gallery since the girls will be dressed up for MA and at PH on Saturday anyway?... I've never been there, and my guess is there are better options on a Saturday, but might be an easier because of timing/location.

I'll have to nail down what they're looking to spend each night... I've set aside $400-$500 each day for nightlife... so as long as the other 5 can pick up the slack we should be okay.... and I figured toss the 4 guys on the BS and guest list the girls.

one quick question about bottle service + guest list....

Our group will be 4 guys every night I'm almost certain of that. The girl count will vary from 0-12. Just for example sake lets say on a Sunday night we have 4 guys and 2 girls.... Guys > Girl = Guest List No-No.

If we setup the 4 guys for BS and guestlist the 2 girls to just meet us at a table, is that "wrong". The girls most likely won't drink much (they're more there for dancing/party) so I would have to jack up our table minimum for 2 girls each having 1/2 drinks.

Just wondering if guestlisting others in the group to cut down the table min is a normal/acceptable thing or if it sort of an unwritten rule that doing that is wrong.
