Hi people

I'll be in Vegas over the new year period. Does anyone know who is DJing at what clubs, I believe steve angello is playing XS.... Also has anyone else been to Vegas over the new year period and can you recommend where to go etc.

Looks like Will.i.am at Surrender. With some quick searches, it seems like clubs are announcing their hosts, but I don't see much in terms of DJs yet.

Went 3 years ago. Vegas on NYE is just like Vegas on any other night. Except the strip is closed after a certain point, and filled with thousands of people. Thus in turn making it impossible to really move up and down the strip. Other than that, the prices are jacked up because its NYE. I think the only difference I noticed was that people got a bit more dressed up at the clubs on NYE. Would I do it again? Probably not. Is it worth it one time just to say you did? I'd say yes. Right now I'd say Xs is leading the way with Angello. Then again only other announcement has been Will.I.Am at Surrender. I'm sure Marquee will get a big name talent for NYE. Best thing to do is to continue to monitor the clubs to see which talent is booked, and go where you want. No matter where you go it will be packed.

It's good to do Vegas once for NYE if you haven't.

A way to save money is to hit up the clubs after midnight. You get to enjoy the Strip madness and then pay discounted prices after midnight.
