  • 20 man bachelor party...which clubs

We're thinking of Vegas 2012 after such an amazing 2011 trip but potentially a joint bachelor party which means there will be 20 guys.

Which clubs and pool parties would actually be able to cater for this number or alternatively what would be the best approach to ensure we all get in? Clearly we would be looking at bottle service every night.

Pretty much every major club can handle a group of 20. (Not saying everyone will have a seat at a table you book, which is almost never the case any time you book tables). If you want more room ask for a couple tables by each other.

Just did one this big (21 guys) and had the same dilemmas. I hope you're not the best man and/or you're good at cat herding because you're in for an adventure keeping everyone aligned. Make sure the groom knows to trust you to show everyone a good time because he's the magnet that'll get your meat mass to move.

Anyway, what I did was take the people on the fence about spending extravagantly for an awesome time out of my plans for any clubs -- they were happy to do general admin. That made my crew smaller and it was easier to get things setup. For that I found the Palms to be the best place because you have different, easily attainable, tiers of wristbands they can get. Everyone was on the dance floor most of the night anyway so they didn't feel like they missed too much.

So I ended up doing a table for 8 of the dudes at Moon on Friday (hit up CameronShenk , he's on the forum and got us a great table) and bottles at Lavo Sunday night.

Saturday we hit Sapphire but had a deal through a friend of a friend for what seems to be the normal deal there (Cameron or most of the hosts here can probably get you that same setup). Sapphire to me is better than Rhino for the large group since it's a little bit bigger/has more tables (tho' i like Rhino more personally). Plus there's that elevated stage thing you can send your groom up on to get embarrassed; pretty fun.

If you're going to do a good dinner one of the nights, I recommend you look into CUT Steakhouse. They were one of the few A+ steak houses that could get all 21 of my guys in at the same table without a prix fixe menu (and huge deposit). There's also a "Bachelor package" deal at N9NE Steakhouse that gives you a three course dinner and wristbands for all the Palms clubs for $180. Not sure if it's a good deal or not, but maybe someone else has done it. Our CUT Meal was around $150 a head so pick your poison.

Last tip I'd throw out is pick a hotel for the group where you plan on partying (at least one of the nights). Preferably one of the one with a smaller casino like Palms -- that makes afterparty blackjack or pulling things back to your suite where everyone is having a good time as one big 20-person group (w/new friends) a lot easier. There's been Groupons/Jetsetter deals for Palms Place a lot recently so maybe check that out.

Favor: Hit me up directly for Sapphire. I promise the best service for the same cost. Getting my good name out there is priceless to me as a start up. - Thank you!

thanks fellas - sounds like we wont be having any issues then! i'll be in touch closer to the time when everything is locked down. plan will be to hit surrender (wed), tao, xs, marquee with a couple of pool parties and visits to the strip clubs so will be utilising the contacts from my last trip and the thread. thanks

I've organized two 20+ bachelor parties in the last year. Found that Tryst was the most accommodating in terms of budget and table location (they gave us the best table in the club). And the party was INSANE.

If you stay organized and collect money up front, it's no issue.

Tryst is awesome to work with for those with big groups. Would recommend them to anybody.

Also, like a few others in this thread, I feel for you having to try and organize a group that big. Hell, just trying to organize 7 and 8 for a few of the bachelor parties I've been to in Vegas was borderline impossible.
