This is a well known scam. These places pay up to $80 / person to cabs to get them to take you there. Nothing will ever happen inside these places. No sex, no anything. Happened to a friend of mine and then he researched it.

You walk in and are told it's a "relaxation" center. They then show you posters that say no sexual activity goes on in the place. You think "yeah yeah, whatev's it's 3am in the morning and the girls look like hookers". But all you get is a hand massage, until they convince you to upgrade to something "special". You agree, but then there's more fees, and more fees. Eventually you will get frustrated and leave. No matter if you had $100k you're not getting anything, and security has to kick out every single customer that comes in, every single time.

But you can't really complain to the cops because they told you from the beginning "no sex", which is illegal anyway.

Bottom line - do not ask a cabbie for advice on anything in las vegas.
