  • Nine guys heading to Vegas next week (6/3-6/7)...

We're heading to Vegas for a friends bachelor party. It's their first time for a lot of them, my third but I havent been back since 2011. I see all of the hosts info got deleted on this forum.

Alot of them are looking to go to Hakkasan for Tiesto or Calvin Harris. Maybe even both. How much will bottles run us ?

Any recommendations on things to do during the day for a group ? I don't mean pool parties. We'll hit one or two of those. We're also looking to get some strippers to the room. Any help is appreciated.

You can create a separate thread in the nightclubs forum for the nightclub-specific questions. Tiesto and Calvin Harris are big draws for Hakkasan, so while summer months tend to be pretty slow in Vegas, getting a table in the main room for either will have a pretty big minimum (the last time I did a Tier 2 for Tiesto at Hakkasan, it was 7k min, although this was pre-Omnia).

Strippers to the room is usually a bad idea. A lot of the stripper services are clip joints. Go to a strip club instead. You could even go during the daytime; Spearmint for example has excellent happy hour bottle pricing before 5pm.

Summer months slow??? Winter is generally the slow season, except event weekends...ie NYE, ect. Every host Ive discussed this with make the majority of money between MDW and LDW.

Ya, I think this depends on what crowd you talk to. Most of us on this forum think of Summer as the busy time because we are focused on pools and nightclubs, which we all know is the busy time for our types. However if you watch most hotel rates, you usually find a lot of special rates in the summer because the non club type prefers temps in the 70's, which is more likely to hit Spring/Fall.

I think everyone would be comfortable spending around $300 per person for bottles. I'm assuming it would be the same deal at XS for kaskade ?

Thats not a bad spend, but the biggest problem is probably 9 guys. The tables in the Main room that would accommodate that spend, probably wont fit 9 guys comfortably. You should get some quotes and ask about location.

Well hes taking tier 1 and 2 which is dance floor or right above. For your spend your looking at a low end table. Nothing near the dance floor. You might have to up to $400/person to get in the main room, but Im really not sure. Your on the edge with 9 guys. Do you have a host for each of those clubs?

For any big name DJ at a tier 1 I'd expect to spend around 400-450/person for a decent table.

I was talking about Vegas - if I meant nightclubs, I would have said nightclubs. Dead summer in Vegas is slow because general tourists don't want to deal with the heat. My point was that even if OP and his group get good room rates or deals at stripclubs/whatever, there will still be high table mins at nightclubs especially for top DJs.
