How much should I expect to pay for an evening at a strip club?

I'm not super into drinking. I want to go to a club, order a couple of drinks, watch a few dancers, and maybe get a private lap dance. What will an outing like this end up costing me?

So...
- transport to and from
- cover charge
- 3 drinks (beer)
- 1 lap dance
- tipping dancers and other misc.

Private lap dance is where it's gonna cost you.

The rest will probably be ~$100ish, especially since you can get transport there incl cover for virtually free if you call the club direct and ask their limo to get you (i.e. tip your driver like $20).

transportation is free. You can usually find deals where they give you free cover and also 1-2 drink tickets.

Private lap dances I believe were 150? at SR. maybe 300. I can't remember off the top of my head.

So figure: 20

$10 for one drink (other 2 are free)

$150-300 lap dance

If you're worried about overspending, stick to lap dances in the main room. Private dances can drain your cash. For more safety DO NOT bring your credit or debit card with you.

Different strip clubs have different policies. Some have cover chargers (Little Darlings), some have drink minimums (Palomino Club), and some have special promotions for entrance or for lap dances throughout the week or day.

Palomino Club Example (don't quote me on those prices but those should be pretty close):

Transportation: $5-10, tip each way depending on how many other people are in the transport
Cover: $0, No cover but a 2 drink minimum
Drinks: $30, ~$10 each
Floor Lap Dance: $20-$100, $20 for a floor dance, $100 for a 3 song private dance
Tipping Dancers: $20-40, $1s and $5s

Total: $80-$200

So you could get away with as little as $80 if you feel like there are enough people in the limo to only tip $5 each way, if you only tip the stage dancers $1s, and if you are fine getting a 1 song floor dance. You could also tip the limo driver $10, throw a couple of $5s out onto the stage to get a bit more attention, and do a 3 song private dance and then you'd be looking more around $200.

1. that said your probably going to have to pay for the ride back in a cab so worth finding the place closest to you- some are north strip some are south
2. drink prices will depend if your going during happy hour or not also some do specials before 8 or 9pm. all nude club is free unlimited soft drinks
3. a regular lap dance might be $20

Talk to some of the promoters on the strip. Many clubs offer the free limo ride and cover, while others could get you limo, cover, and a drink or two free.

If you take a cab, you will have to pay cover which is $35ish dollars. The cab ride is about $20. The reason for this is taxis drivers get paid for customers they drop off.

Drinks are anywhere from $5 to $20 dollars. lap dances are $20 on the floor. If you decide to go to the private area, your required to pay a fee to just enter, the dancers rate, and drinks for both you and her. Try to avoid this if you want to save some money.

All in all, it's about $200 to $400 for a good night.
