Bachelor Party Weekend 9/12-9/15. How's this lineup?

Hey guys,

My best man dropped the ball on so I'm scrambling to put together my bachelor party. I'm a former Vegas local, but never have braved it with 7 other guys, a few of them this being their first time to Vegas so I want to ensure it's the trip they're expecting.

Staying at the Palazzo Bella Suites.

Friday night - TAO if I can get a deal on a couple bottles...
Saturday day - Drai's dayclub, open to suggestions though
Saturday night - Olympic Gardens (?) never been, not a big fan of SR or Sapphire. Any opinions here?
Sunday night - leave open

Just a few club lineups are out- but looks like all the big name djs are in town because of the big fight weekend in vegas

9/12
afternoon: Madeon encore beach
night: David Guetta XS, Tiesto Hakkasan, Diplo surrender

9/13 Fight night Mayweather vs. Maidana 2 MGM Grand
afternoon: David Guetta encore beach club, Tiesto WetRepublic
night: Avicii XS, Kaskade Marquee, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Surrender

9/14

night: David Guetta XS Nightswim !

Friday night, saturday day, saturday night- bottle specials are hard to find usually just because of demand esp. because of fight weekend and big name djs.

I think the pools/nightclubs are really great esp with the big djs and crowds so would try to hit pools in the afternoon and nightclubs each night. On pools they open around 11am with headline dj on around 3pm going till 6pm. On nightclubs they open around 11pm headline djs on around 1am going till like 5am.

I would fit the strip clubs around the pools/ nightclubs if necessary- they all do free entry / free limo and you can usually get $100 bottles before 8pm or 9pm

not sure how long ago you were in vegas- but in terms of clubs XS is really great, hakkasan/light opened in 2013/ Drai's opened this year and Life @ the new SLS Sahara/ Las Vegas blvd is opening in late August this year.

I left Vegas 3 years ago, about a year or so after Cosmo/Marquee opened up. For whatever reason I didn't even think about going to a pool multiple days, but that sounds like the way to do it to help the hangover and/or pre-party for the night.

Sounds like its going to be an insanely busy weekend. Any tips on the best route to secure tables, daybeds/cabanas for 8 guys at the pools and clubs? Certainly not something I want to leave to chance the weekend of.

I would suggest maybe throwing your last question out on the pools and nightclubs sections of the forums.

On tables/daybeds
its usually 1 bottle minimum per four people so your looking at two bottles + tax/tip + higher minimum better location
for example depending on bottle prices and tax (the venue you choose) you might be looking at
$600x2= $1200+ 28% tax/tip up to 40% tax/tip so $1500 - $1700 +

For example Hakkasan on fight night just guessing with calvin harris dj
you might get $1500 min +40%tax/tip in the ling ling hip hop room on the 3rd floor
on the fifth floor mezzanine you might get $3000 +40%
fourth floor main room might start at $5000 and dance floor tables might be $10000 + 40% so $14000+

also a word of warning on tables- we are about two months out and a host might quote you a low number now but then you might get a call 24 hours out saying the minimum has been increased because of demand or worst case you show up later then open 10/11pm for a nightclub and hear the minimum has been increased because of demand.
also realize for pools if you have to check in around open 11am the headline dj isn't on till 3pm usually so expect four hours out in the heat to start- (two bottles aren't going to last four hours / six hours)

also within the last three years- all of the pool parties/nightclubs now do presale tickets
so out front there is a general admission line, presale ticket line and table line.
Presale tickets get you into the pool party/nightclub quickly and you don't have to worry about being stuck outside.

So I would go back to your crew and say
1. its fight weekend is going to be busy/fun -all the big name djs are in town!
2. we can hit pool parties/ strip clubs/ nightclubs each day
3. tables/daybeds are probably going to be $2000+ each event (have to check bottle prices, mins, hosts, etc)
4. or we could do presale tickets to some events
