Hi all, me again.

Thanks for replying to my initial thread with the quote I received from London2VegasVIP. I took on board all of the advice and have arranged everything myself now. I wanted your views on my final plan. I think we are set for an awesome time.

Flying out British Airways (Upgraded Flights) from London. Land 1pm Vegas - Picked up in the RR Ghost by Skyloft Concierge to check-in in room.

Thursday Night: Tryst Main Room Table - $900Min Spend - $1450 Including tips/taxes and a Bobby Y Handshake
Friday Day: Marquee Dayclub - Bungalow Cabana - $1500Min Spend - $2100 Inc tips/taxes - Booked through Cliff Orr
Friday Night: XS Nightclub (Red Foo)- Tier 4 Main Room Table - $2000Min spend - $3300 Including tips/taxes and a Bobby Y Handshake
Saturday Day: Wet Republic (Calvin Harris) - DanceFloor Table - $4000Min spend - $5600 Inc tips/taxes - Booked through Skyloft Concierge/Irene Pham - Aware this is expensive but its my friends birthday
Saturday Night: No plan - anticipated effects from daytime have led me to leave this planned for 'freestyle night'
Sunday Day - EBC (Steve Angello) - Water Couch - $2000Min Spend - $3300 inc tips/taxes - Booked through Trevor Pickering
Sunday Night - Hakkasan - Main Room Balcony Table - $3000Min - $4200 inc tips/taxes - Booked through Thomas Gorman

This leaves us about $1000 from our team pot to mess around with. Along with about $4000 each spending money.

Are we missing out on anything here? We wanted to do a Skydive on the Friday Morning and I'm in the process of booking this as we speak.

On Thursday night
keep in mind you could:
Get Free entry to Hakkasan on guestlist
Get a $300 goose special at Drais
Or Encore beach Thursday night pool party

On Friday day- realize the Friday pool party is going to quieter then Saturday/Sunday- I think DJ Vice at Encore Beach is more well known- might even consider just tickets

On Friday Night- might switch to light only if you wanted to check out light and also change sunday

Saturday day- Calvin is great realize its min + around 28% tax tip so maybe your at around $5100. Should also think about opening a mlife card so you get points for the table purchase? Maybe that will get you something.

Saturday Night- I would get Presale tickets to xs deadmau5 $30 each he will start around 1am or if you don't want to leave mgm tiesto hakkasan

Sunday am- should be around $2000+ 28%tax/tip so should be around $2600 total

Sunday night- would replace with xs nightswim and get a bottle special similar to what you will get at tryst on Thursday- $300 goose or something. $3000 min for mezzanine on a sunday with no bottle special is just insane! You will get much more bang for you buck at xs and nightswim is more fun.

With Thursday night prob starting an epic trip I would drop the cabana on Friday and as Arte suggested go tix instead. Personally Vice over Lema.

If you're planning a skydive Friday morning IMO you're jamming a lot in for the day time. Enjoy the skydive, hangovers pending, and play it by ear for that day.

Our group plans around the night and have had better service and times at EBC vs MDC when we go and we only do pre sales just as my 2 cents on locations also.

Definitely change out Sunday. To much $$$ for a Sunday night.

Agree with the others, that money for a mezzanine table, which is well out of the action and only really works if you want to be in your own group and not meeting others is far far too much.

You can get a bottle special at XS Nightswim and also Drais on Sunday nights. Its 2 bottle of vodka for 600 bucks at both of those places.

$3k + tax etc for hak is lunacy on a mezz table.
