  • Bachelor Party World Cup Weekend

Planning a Bachelor Party for June 12-15, 2014. 16 guys booked. We are staying at the Mirage and currently looking for a Night Club on the Friday. Ages range from 21-30. Clearly bottle service. Would we need 2 tables? Any suggestions on the Club? Any good contacts? Roughly how much would it cost for just a regular vodka/rum etc?

It's all dependent on which club, who is the dj, what's your budget.

I would suggest you get everyone's $$$ commit to the Friday deal before you even contact any hosts. Low ball estimate will be 5-6k. On a 3k commit after the autogratuity, tax, possible LET tax you are at $4140 and you still have to tip the host, security guy and busboy. So 3k is $ $260/person

Rule of thumb for our group is 1 bottle for 3 guys so you're looking at 5 bottles and we'll say $500/per so you're already at $2500. Now add in a few rounds of shots because it's a bach party. You want to invite girls back to the table(s) to hang, which by the way now takes liquor out of your bottles which will now call for more bottles. See where this is going???$$$$

My suggestion is tell the group $500/person which basically = a bottle per person for the night.

Look through the host appreciation section and you'll see who people have worked with, etc. Check the clubs' schedules in May for the June lineup and then contact the hosts to get things rolling.

    Hope this helps

What is your all in amount? You'll need to tell the host 2 things, how many and what are you willing to spend.

The bottle deals don't matter because you are commiting to a certain $$ number overall before taxes, etc. You'll get a little more bang for the buck on Thursday but you're still spending/committed to x dollars. You're paying that money that night before you step into the club. My suggestion is cash. The night for that amount is then paid for and if anyone wants more they can pony up. The larger the group the bigger the commiment will be required.

My groups last trip in July 7 of us committed to 2k and we started a new tab for another $758 on top of that.

Real estate/table/private server costs money in Vegas and it's a premium.

Put all 16 of you w/o a table:

$40/person to get in is $640
        4 drinks each $13 is $52 x 16 people is $832.
        $1472 so far
Shots? Drinks for ladies? How much will that run?

Now you also have to constantly wait at a jammed bar to get the bartender's attention to get a or few drinks at once a few times throughout the night or try to belly up at the bar and have people climbing all over you to get their drink orders in. Plus people bumping into you, need to slide by you, etc etc etc.

Nothing else needs to be discussed until you get the groups $$ put together. When you know that then the planning starts.

That many dudes is gonna be $$$ any way you cut it. I was quoted 3k + tax (28%)+ 500 host tip = 4340 for a upper dance floor table on Thursday night at Tryst. I was told this table is good for 10-12 people, so at 16 you would need even more or have them meet you in the club. June will probably be more expensive than mid march.

Like KP said, with Thursday you are more liekly to get bottle deals and a better location, but with 16 guys, it's still going to be pricey.

AS far as drink prices - beers run about $10/each and mixed drinks run about $20. For bottles, they start around $550 + tax/tip (28%) and go up to tens of thousands at higher tier clubs. Right now Tryst has bottles of Goose for $375 + tax (28%) and are running bottle deals on Thursdays for 2 Goose for $450.00 or 1 Goose and 1 Moet for $300. These won't be available in the summer during the weekend, but maybe Thursday night.

If you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can't afford it! That being said, it's Vegas and doesn't hurt to try!

          Planning
          2014 - March 13-16 - Bachelor Party
          2014 - June 5th - 9th (maybe) - Big 30.

Thanks everyone! I'll do a headcount for roughly $300-$400 a person.
