I'm heading to Vegas for two bachelor parties in sept and oct. The sept group has a few amateurs that are fighting me on doing bottle service both nights. Deff will be working with Isaac for sat night. One cheap MOFU has convinced a few guys that doing a club crawl they saw online would be better and cheaper than doing bottle service on sun at the bank. I really don't want to cause an issue, plus I'll be there a month later with people who don't suck. Long story short, can any one recommend a club crawl company to use, please be honest with me if they completely suck and we should just purchase line passes if they want to be cheap.

    Thanks guys

Haven't done a club crawl myself...honestly, I think they're all very similar from reports I've seen on the forums in that:

    1. They're cheap (basically the same price as a presale to a top club on a non-holiday)
    2. Most include a party bus transport (some include drinks on the bus so I'd look for one that does)
    3. You won't be going to the best clubs

Personally I wouldn't do one, but if you can't convince them otherwise, then let them have their night, and book bottles for the other night. You can probably still have fun doing the crawl thing, and if it frees up some funds to spend more on VIP then it's not all bad.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

I did one my first time to Vegas. My friend got a groupon for all of us to go (I think it was $30pp). Chuck summed it up, it was cheap and we didn’t go to the best clubs. The places we went were Coyote Ugly, Cheatu, and Pure. We got a party bus between clubs where they had some booze for us to drink. I still had a great time with my friends but don’t expect to get into tier 1 places.

We did this one last fall with 8 people. Not bad if you don't mind getting maybe 1.5 hours at any location max. We had some Vegas virgins who "knew" this would be the best way for them to get their alleged bang for the buck that set it up. Bus cost plus tip, drinks at clubs plus tip, I think it was $400 or so I spent that night for fiance and I for drinks and some of the others were drinking a ton more than me and buying women drinks.

So $400 x 8=$3200 spent roughly in drinks + I think it was $60 for the bus x 8=$480 so the total was around up $3700, almost $500/person average since I am taking my cost as the average when most I know did more than me drinking wise. So why won't they do bottle service?

Side note: Went to Haze the next night with bottle service and the single guys realized the club crawl was not the way to go. Amazing what people learn the hard way.

        Good luck with that group.

What were you drinking? I went on the VIP Club crawl. Groupon for $65. I had a few drinks to start at Luxor Public House. ~$20. Walked to LAX, and I got 2 beers for me and a buddy. Another $20. My friend got the next round. Took party bus to Act, which was a terrible venue IMO and nearly killed my buzz. Had a drink on the party bus. 1 drink for ~$15 at Act. Took party bus to Chateau. Had another drink on bus. Maybe had 2 drinks at Chateau. I was pre gaming my pregame as well, and was quite liqoured up throughout the night. Drinking on the plane, JFK airport, and in my hotel room before going out. All in cost for me was max $160.

As for the crawl itself, it's ok for a chill out night, but like others have stated you won't get into tier 1's and don't expect that. The venues can be hit or miss for that evening as well. Wasn't really thrilled with Act or Chateau, but still managed to have a decent time. I was speaking with one of the hosts on this site and he told me that some of these clubs pay the crawl to bring them people. Not a bad idea if you have many people and want to keep costs down by pregaming, and not buy crazy expensive drinks at tier 2 or 3 venues. If you do go, and are at a venue that is good, you can return later and they'll let you back in.

It's ok because you get to visit multiple places in one night and don't have to worry about transportation, navigation, and entry fees/lines. Not so great with the venue selection, but you'll meet up with people and everyone there is down to party. Met a hug group of bachleorettes on this thing. Girls were doing their quest or whatever its called and were fighting over who gets my boxers.

The problem with these is that you leave the club either before they peak or while it's peaking and doing it on the weekends is just not a best way to maximize your club experience. You may have a different opinion of a club at 1am vs 11pm.
