Bachelor Party 22nd-26th August - HELP!

Hi Guys,

Any advice or tips on the below would be massively appreciated!!

We are coming to Vegas for a Bachelor party of 10 guys from the Thursday to the Sunday. We are looking to have a pretty wild weekend but we have a fairly modest budget of about $2500 per person for the 4 days. We were thinking of getting bottle service for a couple of nights but I don't think we can do it on the Friday & Saturday nights at the bigger clubs.

We are going to pre-buy tickets for everything but I am still worried about not getting into the clubs or having to wait inline for ages. Does anyone have any experience with this or am I worrying for nothing?

Are the clubs still good for a group of guys to go to without having table/bottle service?

This is our planned agenda;

Thursday - Voodoo Lounge & Tryst (possible bottle service 1k minimum)
Friday - Pool party @ Wet Republic (pre buy ticket/ no table service) and night time - Martin Solveig @ XS (Pre buy ticket/no table service.)
Saturday - Meal @ Hakkasan and then go to the club after for Calvin Harris (pre buy tickets/no table service.)
Sunday - Pool Party @ Encore for Will.I.am (pre buy tickets/no table service) and then Bank (possible table service?)

Does this look like a good plan for the weekend? Any tips or any better suggestions would be appreciated.

Im guessing 2.5k each includes hotel, food, etc, etc...
If you can separate your budget of clubs would be better to help...but for what i can see:
Tryst - do it, good spot on thursday and a good cost/benefit relation
Friday Looksgood
Saturday also but i dont think calvin harris on hakkasan will be so GA friendly...
SUnday will i am looks good...id prefer doing will i am on nightswim but since ur already doing xs...i dont know...

For the record im going the same dates as you and this is my scheldule:
Thursday - Tryst(BS)
Friday - Wet/Liquid (BS) and maybe XS (BS)
Saturday - EBC (BS) and Hakkasan (BS)
Sunday im already gone =(

Yeah, I don't get your itinerary.

You say you have $2,500/pp budget, so $25,000.00, but looks to have only 1 event with bottle service and that's Thursday at Tryst, which is cheap! At Tryst Thursday you could have an epic night for 3k (which would be nearly 10 bottle of goose, since it's 2 for 450+ tax/autograt). With 10 guys, you wont get a 1k min anywhere you go, even tryst Thursday. Youll need 3+ bottles, which 2 goose for 450, would put you around 1200 for 4 bottles.

Also, personally, I wouldnt like 10 people in GA, especially at newer/nicer clubs like Hakkasan. I think a bout 5, maybe 6 would be max for me. It will be impossible to move around 10 guys and impossible to just hang out comfortably. I mean if you are going to a lesser club, like Pure, or the epic-ly huge XS, it may work. Bottom Line for Saturday night I would do bottle service no matter what and you have well enough in the budget.

With your budget, the weekend your going (non-fight, non-holiday) and the great hosts provided on the forum, you could live like kings and never do GA with the budget you have, unless I am missing something.

Let me help you my friend... You said 2500 per guy or 25k, here's a good plan for those venues that will give you quality real estate and be way, way under 25k..

Thurs- Skip Voodoo unless you're staying at Rio, waste of time... Tryst do 3 Industry Goose specials (two goose at $495 so 3 would be just under a $1500 min, that will get you a good booth big enough for group)

Fri- Wet, worst case do a Bed or one of those stage table things $1500 min should work
XS, Do atleast a 3k min table

Sat- Hakk dinner, club you can do GA or prob get a table in pavillion or mezz for 2500 -3k min

Sun- EBC, daybed or stage table 1500-2kmin
Bank- do 3 Industry specials, two vodkas $595-695, So 1800-2k min roughly

Hope my math isn't off but that should be way, under 2k, you should be able to do all this 11k-13k min roughly
