  • Bachelor party with a decent budget

I am planning my best friends bachelor party and have been designated as financier! Hotels have already been taken care of, but I was hoping if anybody could help me decide on how to spend the money for partying.

    Budget: $17,000
    Number of guests: 12
Plans: Saturday - Wet Republic / Hakkasan
Sunday - EBC / XS nightswim
    Dates: Aug 9-12

The budget is the most we can spend for Saturday and Sunday! We want to be in the main room for the nightclubs, but it does not have to be tier 1. Also, for the dayclubs we want to be either close to the pool or by the DJ. If the venues are not possible on our budget let me know so we can look at other places. Thank you.

Use the Direct Host contact info found here: http://www.jackcolton.com/hosts email/text them your date, number of girls/guys and what they can offer you for your budget. Split evenly between the 4 parties, your budget is essentially $3000 min spend + 38.1% in taxes, grat and host tip. Once you hear back from the hosts re. prices, you will know which places you want to spend more money. For example, and depending on what event is happending, with 12 guys, $3k at pool parties will probably get you a cabana away from the pool and or 2 daybeds close to the pool. $3k with 12 dudes likely wont be enough for a main room table/close to DJ in those nightclubs on those nights. But you won't know for sure until you talk to a host. Just my opinion...

Would you rather do light tier 1 or hakkasan tier 3/4?

          I would do Tiesto @Hakkasan...
It will be very crowded, even if its not tier 1 you will have a good time and tables are big at hakk...But i just dont think 3k min will get you a good spot...i know quotes might be different but for a main room table on aug 24 (calvin harris) ive been quoted 6k + 5 wich is about 9k all in...

I personally like XS as a club more than as the night swim, and you're doing two pool parties basically on Sunday, so I would probably flip XS and Hakk if you're stuck on Hakk. I have other personal prefs but with the clubs you've outlined, I'd do XS Saturday and Hakk Sunday. Hakk on Sunday you're money would go further and the main room is still busy. 3k-3500 mins at each spot should get you good real estate and in the main areas of each club at night.
