Tipping the VIP bouncer @ Rhino

I read a post on here recently about the $100 VIP dances that included a $20 tip to the bouncer. Is this enforced and, if so, is it always $20?

Going there in a few weeks so any advice on the VIP rooms would be appreciated.

What are the next level of dances/experiences after the $100 dances? Are there drink minimums etc attached to these?

I dont ever recall tipping the bouncer when you purchase the $100 package. Maybe thats for people wanting the bouncer to look the other way, while they get some extra mileage. IDK. I usually go for after hours though, so I have a few drinks in me by that time.
I believe your choices are:
$20 1 song where your sitting (no privacy)
$100 3 songs semi-private
$400 1 hour private, but really its semi-private just a different room

dnix - many thanks again for your helpful comment. Can't wait to get over there! I am not too keen on the $20 dances so will probably focus on the $100 dances and see what tipping is required on the night.

Hi, just got back from the Rhino, so I can shed some more light on the pricing.

The $100 for 3 songs/15 minute section have a 1-drink minimum. Sometimes the waitress will be too busy to come by to take the order though. ;-) Drinks are $19 each - doesn't matter if it's water or alcohol! And you have to order for your dancer as well, so that's $38 + expected tip to add on.

There is also $200 for 30 minutes with a 2-drink minimum, so that's $76 + tip to add on.

The one hour room is $400 PLUS you have to have a bottle, it can be from the booth/table you're sitting at, or it'll have to be a new one. Bottles run from $350 and up, plus tip.

Tipping the bouncer is kind of optional, it really depends on the girl. Some girls insist you tip the bouncer $20, some leave it up to you. Tipping the bouncer usually means he'll check on you less often, and more importantly, he's not going to kick you out as soon as time is up, he'll give you a few extra minutes depending on how busy it is.

^The prices really vary. I was there this past weekend and drinks were $12, and I didn't have to buy my dancer a drink either. One girl was also offering a buddy of mine $100 for 3 songs, $200 gets VIP w/ bottle also. I guess it just depends on who you talk to.

Ive been there plenty of times, and me nor anyone in my party has ever been required to buy a dancer a drink.

I've seen them ask for $60 instead of the $100 and to buy them and yourself a drink.

I do think it varies on person and how you are acting/interacting...
