  • Bachelor Party: April 7 – April 10

    Hi Vegas experts,

I have some questions for my bachelor party coming up next year. I have a pretty big group of 12 guys, which entails a diverse willingness to spend money. A budget of about $2k per person has been mentioned. Assuming flights and hotels are covered for about $600-$700 per person, looking for suggestions on what else to book to stay on budget.

I’ve been to Vegas for a previous bachelor party and we did two day clubs and one night club, all with tables. I definitely want to do at least one day club with a table, ideally ECB. With that priced at $500 per head, we are down to $800-$900. I also want to do a group steak dinner, so figure $150 for that. Looking for the best way to maximize that last $650-$750.

We are also looking to do one (and only one) non drinking / non gambling / non stripper activity. Any good suggestions (we aren’t golfers)?

Any good steakhouse recommendations are also appreciated. I’m from NYC, so familiar with most of the big names that have locations in Vegas.

    Probably staying at Palazzo.

    Thanks a lot!

    welcome
If your going to be partying the whole time outside the room you could go low end on hotel to have more money for parties.
You can get a room with two beds for the three nights for about $50 a night-$150 x 6 rooms = $900
    that leaves $23,100.
will each roundtrip flight be around $250 each x 12 ?
now your at about $20000 with
    Friday afternoon pool party?
    Friday night
    Saturday afternoon pool party
    Saturday night
    Sunday afternoon pool party
    Sunday night

Vegas has everything- concerts, comedy/magic shows, cirque, race cars, bungee jump, paint ball, guns
Top Golf opened at MGM which is like a party driving range.

    so many restaurants
120 oz porterhouse - brand @ monte carlo
    Sterling brunch at ballys

I believe they have huge suites at a good price at Planet Hollywood.

      Joe's steakhouse is quite tasty.

Pool parties will be in full effect in April. I'm always a fan of Wet Republic.

        Devil's advocate....

Round trip from JFK with Jet Blue is right around $500. Southwest out of LaGuardia just above $500 round trip. Kayak has low $400's but the flight times suck and will include a red eye back into NYC for Tuesday morning on most for that low rate.

Palazzo is running $249/night for the dates you have so it looks like you are on the top end if not over on the budget for air and hotel.

I would look at stepping down on the hotel since realistically you're not going to be spending much time in the room. To me Planet Hollywood which is more center strip would be a solid option. If you join their players reward card program they offer nice reduced rates for first time bookings. MLife does the same thing and Aria would be a solid choice also.

I am a huge Brand Steakhouse fan in Monte Carlo. Did my bach party dinner there and had a blast. Not as crowded and only a 10 minute wait when we arrived. I actually go there every visit to Vegas.

If your group is adventurous you may want to look at the Stratosphere for the rides at the top and the free fall jump off the tower. Check out speedvegas.com also. They do free pickup and return for that one.

        Hope this helps.
